Domaine De Verchant is a luxurious hotel and spa housed in a former mansion. It features the latest hi-tech facilities, a state-of-the-art spa centre and elegantly decorated and furnished accommodation. The sumptuous rooms and suites offer accommodation that subtly blends highly contemporary interior design and charming 200-year old stones. They offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and remote controlled lights and drapes. The restaurant at the Domaine De Verchant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start the day with a full buffet breakfast, enjoy southern-French cuisine for lunch and in the evenings enjoy creative cuisine on the garden terrace with a glass of fine regional wine. Guests are also invited to relax in the mansion’s indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Access to the spa is free for guests and includes a fitness room with the latest technology, affusion shower, sauna and hamman. Two alleys of 100-year old oaks and pine trees lead to the manor and outbuildings. Inspired from the 17th century Follies Montpelliéraines, today the hotel offers the luxurious and discreet services of high standard hostelry.
